Service Description
It's a working lunch... done right! Each catering event will have a menu tailored specifically for that date and location. Please complete a booking request form to get your office taken care of!
Cancellation Policy
Filled orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Deposit of 20% is required for acceptance of orders of $125 or more. Balance due on date of delivery. Cancellations less than 48 hours of scheduled fulfillment are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 72 hours of scheduled fulfillment may or may not be partially refunded, up to 50%, contingent on returnability of ingredients purchased. Reschedules may be made no less than 48 hours of original schedule. New fulfillment time cannot exceed 48 hours beyond original. Customers may reschedule fulfillment by logging in to the website or app calendar and removing their booking from the time slot and rebooking. Requests are not guaranteed. If Hangry Mama cannot fulfill an order, Customer will be notified no less than 24 hours of pickup time. Every effort will be made to promptly reschedule. Aside from circumstances resulting from force mejeure, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days for any unfulfilled order. Ingredient substitutions and allergy-friendly accommodations are not offered at this time due to limited capacity. Much of our menu contains commonly known allergens. Customer is responsible for mindfulness when ordering. Hangry Mama is not responsible for adverse reactions to menu items. In order to provide prestine service, Hangry Mama strictly limits the number of deliveries per time slot. There may be up to 3 scheduled deliveries per delivery slot. Hangry Mama is committed to providing your meals promptly. In the event of multiple deliveries, Hangry Mama will deliver all orders within the hour of booking time. Hangry Mama is not responsible for orders left at destination if customer is not present at time of delivery. Please secure animals, and, if it’s dark, turn a light on.
